The regular practice of meditation has plenty of benefits. The purpose of this article is to explain the benefits. The major benefits are the reduction of stress, a better overall health, which increases your energy, makes you a more social person, improves your sex and increases your social intelligence.
Reduction of Stress
Everyone knows the feeling of stress. The more we think, the more stress we have. If we stop thinking so much, the stress will reduce, as well. If we stop to identify ourselves with the voice in our head and become the peaceful observer, we notice that the most stress is unnecessary. Instead of worrying about the future or being traumatized about the past, we are just focusing on the soft breeze flowing through our body and realize that there is no reason for stress.

One of the core concepts of mediation is to focus on the sensations in the current moment. If one applies this concept at their sex life, the person will enjoy the sex more.
